A1: Our items are made to order and hand painted – all orders are delivered 4-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Q2: How can i hang up Unframed paintings?
A2. After receving the painting, you can find local studio to framed it.

Q3: Can you provide Framed paintings?
A3: Sure we can Framed it for free. But after framed the volumn is more larger than before, so we can not provide the free shipping service.

Q4: Why the painting i get is different to the CP online store picture?
A4: We guarantee all our canvas wall art are hand painted .Since it is hand-painted, we can not confirm it is 100% as the store pictures show. Besides, color of pictures may vary by different monitor setting.

Q5: What should I do if the paintings I bought does not like?
A5: Please feel free to contact us by E-mail: Sale@canvaspaintingonline.com, we will resolve any problems with you.And we are glad to help you exchange the others, but buyers are responsible for all the shipping charges

Q6: Can you customize?

Q7: When will I receive a shipping tracking number?
A7:Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 12 business days.

Q8: I signed into my account, but cannot see my order, why?
A8: Orders placed as a guest cannot be tracked in your account. If your account was created after you checked your order out as a guest, you will lose access to viewing your guest order status.

Q9:Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

Q10: Why am I being charged extra by customs?
A10: International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery. The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by canvaspaintingonline.com.

Q11: What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

A12: All orders ship via EMS / UPS / DHL / Fedex.

Q13:Can I hang my canvas painting in the bathroom or outdoors?
A13: Sure, it can. CP Canvas Painting items are waterproof. BUT Over time, moisture that can be found in these areas can seep into the frame wooden. This can ultimately damage frame wooden.

Q14: Will the colors I see on my monitor be exactly how the image paintings?
A14: The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is painting, but due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.

Q15: Do you have an inventory of canvas paintings?
A15:All of our artwork is made to order. We do not carry an inventory of products.

A16: Can I place an order by phone or email?

Q17: Is paying online secure?
